conversation, perspective, thinking, insight and approaches to help you

business results. In working sessions, our coaching team helps you address

Tailor the coaching approach to your preferences, including the frequency
of sessions and the format of sessions (e.g., face-to-face or phone).
Collaborate to create a Personal Growth Road Map.
Recommend stretch action learning, reading assignments, and/or other
Following each session, we debrief. Then we follow up with the individual
as desired on action items. Between scheduled sessions, we are also available
by phone or e-mail to address specific, immediate needs.

needs and desires of the individual.

Adapt the team coaching approach to situational needs, tailoring the

Collaborate to create an action plan for achieving positive change.
Determine accountability and responsibility for follow-up and execution.
